Experimental Study on Enhancement of Ozonation of p-Nitrophenol by Magnetic Field

The magnetic effects on the enhancement in p-nitrophenol removal by ozonation and peroxone oxidation under various magnetic field strength and gas flow rate are studied in this paper. The results showed that the maximum enhancement of ozonation and peroxone oxidation of p-nitrophenol by magnetic field under the experimental condition performed in this research is 21 % and 55 % respectively.
