Qian Zhiyong · Journal of Nantong Teachers' College · 2002

The actual misdeeds could have been done chiefly because of the combination of many factors: the students' lack of moral education, the inefficiency of the staff, the reading rooms'vulnerable security measures and undesirable social influence. Students should be encouraged to receive more moral and legal education, and at the same time, more efficient network security measures must be taken.
