Spectrum Resource Allocation and Verification Platform for Cognitive Radio
Hang Qin · Journal of Yangtze University · 2010
Cognitive(CR)is a revolution in radio technology and is viewed as an enabling technology for dynamic spectrum access. To select an ideal network operating state for tunable parameters and network performance objectives, this paper addresses a novel resource management method. It is very suitable for efficient wireless services in multi-layer service environment.By using proactive spectrum etiquette protocol in adaptive network environment,a mechanism of cross-layer management and network coordination is derived. The simulation platform is identified for selecting a number of potential configurations to achieve high bit-rate and end-to-end QoS guarantees.
