On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the research achievements on model base system,established and rea-lized snowmelt flood precaution model base system based on B/S structure.Introduced the relational database management system to develop a complex and robust model base system.Combined with the technology of Java's object-oriented,some key problems are resolved,such as representation of models,management of models,integration and run of models,share and exchange of model's data,reusability of models etc.
