Full-Speed Speech Coding System

With the increasing of network users , the integrating and diversifying of network service, the contradictions among bandwidth system capacity and service quality are more and more obvious, traditional 64kbitls PCM speech coding can not satisfy the requirement of transmit bandwidth which is becoming more and more congested. Under this condition, speech coding technology develops fast. Many international standards come out one by one. They are widely used in telecommunication, net, multimedia and so on. In this paper we gave the detailed introduction of the full speed speech coding system's principle and arithmetic , emulated model of the system and analyzed the results of emulation.
