The Research and Implement of Metadata Ontology's Construction Based on Meteorological Data Sets

The paper introduces the characteristics of meteorological data sets,uses object-oriented approach to make the meteorological data set metadata object-oriented,proposes method of constructing classes including metadata,data set identification information in 10 classes and code class presenting metadata element field,and uses ontology construction method to build ontology based on the metadata class.At last,paper use metadata ontology in semantic reasoning and summarizes the paper'work.
