On the Local Convergence and C-locally Sequential Spaces

By discussing the local convergence and local continuous in locally convex spaces,some new sufficient and essential conditions are given on C-locally sequential spaces.Furthermore,some equivalent conditions are obtained about local continuous linear functions(or bounded linear functions) and semi-bornological spaces.
