Establishment of a strict management system for water resources

【Objective】Concept,frame and application features of a new strict water resources management model was discussed and its application process were summarized.【Method】Several aspects including a clear theme and retrieval,drawing of knowledge map for main level and sub-levels,components customization and knowledge map link,and theme-related decision-making information were investigated and a case study was conducted in Qingyang,Gansu.【Result】The established mode had advantages and innovation based on its characteristics.Water resources business standardization and water data integration could be realized using different components.Application integration would be realized using components construction and knowledge map.The comprehensive integration of water information and application could be achieved using platform construction.【Conclusion】The new model for strict management of water resources would benefit the implementation of the most strict water resources management requirement.
