On the call-performance index of QChat service

To meet better the service quality requirement of a mobile network,a system for objectively assessing the call-performance of QChat service is approached.Based on an analysis of the mechanism of signaling in QChat service,some specific signaling points during the period of call-setup are identified,and some suggestion values of the relative parameters are given,thus,by the established system,a quantitative analysis of QChat service call-performance can be done,and all the parameters can be easy extracted by CQT or DT equipments.
