A Method of Fuzzy Case-Based Reasoning Emergency Decision-making for Unconventional Emergency Based on Knowledge Management

On the basis of analyzing the emergency knowledge management,this paper provides a fuzzy emergency decisionmaking method based on Case-Based Reasoning( CBR). According to the diversity,uncertainty of the knowledge in the case database,it provides a new information representation( two-dimensional representation),and structures a case database. Then it sets up a case matching model based on two-dimensional representation and promotes to achieve CBR emergency decision-making mode based on knowledge management.
