Improved Resistance Load Ring Oscillator

In the traditional Central Bank on the basis of the oscillator,an improved version of the ring oscillator is introduced.It overcomes the shortcoming that because of the transmission gate delay time is short,it is not casyto obtain a lower frequency,but also difficult to adjust the frequency.Through simulation,the relationship between supply voltage and frequency of the oscillations is set.
