Design and Application of CIS Based on CPR

Objective To establish CIS based on CPR.Methods The collection,share and interoperability of diagnosis and treatment data were carried out with dispersed online storage structure and concentrated pigeonhole storage structure.Results A CIS based on CPR including twenty-two diagnosis and treatment subsystems was established.Conclusion The CPR is oriented as the base and core in CIS.These CIS subsystems should cover with all processes of diagnosis and treatment and should be integrated so that to form a CIS based on CPR.
