Improving Calculating Method for the Time Parameter of Splice Network Planning

The calculating method of time parameter for the activity-on-node Multi-dependency Network planning by the Technical Specification of Engineering Network Planning is a complex method. It contains complex calculating model and more formulas. It can't compare with the common Simple-dependency Network planning too, easily going wrong. This article gives an improved method of Time Parameter which makes the activity-on-node Multi-dependency Network planning and the Simple-dependency one uniform.
