In criminal litigation process,the criminal investigators carry out the Technical Investigation Method and plenty of scientific evidence will be used.To study some fundamental theoretical problems of scientific evidences is fit for the new trend of the development of criminal litigation.Scientific evidence refers to its discovery,collection,fixing and revealing in line with the standards of modern science,and is the material carrier which is significant to the facts of the case to be proved.It has characteristics such as scientific nature,diversity and dependence.Scientific evidence should be positioned as a new form of evidence classification.
