The Research Progress of Time Delay Estimation Methods

The present situation and methods of time delay estimation were studied based on numerous literatures.The different time delay estimation algorithms from the aspects of basic time delay estimation,non-stationary time delay estimation,time-varying time delay estimation and multi-path time delay estimation were summarized.The characteristics of various methods and the relations of different methods were analyzed.The ideas for further study in this area are prospected.
