Imitative Test on the Output Compensation Ability of Long-staple Cotton with the Different Density after Suffering Injury in the Bud Period

By random arrangement of three densities and different hurt level in the bud period,the test imitated compensative ability of Long-staple Cotton after injury in order to help the management of harmed cotton.The result showed that,in the same density,the cotton plant suffering lighter injury had stronger compensative ability.The cotton plants suffering serious injury recovered rapidly in earlier stage,but this had less contribution to the output.Under the different harm degree,the cotton plants had less compensative ability as the density increased.
