The ground water is an item of important water resources on water level.Accurate monitor is foundation basis for the groundwater resources.Based on the ARM embedded system,high precision A/D transformation chip ADS1100,the GPRS module are used to design a high precision,easy networking subsoil water level long-distance monitor controller.The experimental result indicates precise signal gathering and the reliable transmission technology may be the widespread application in the actual monitor.
