Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems(CCSDS) has proposed a series of standards on space communication protocol, such as Telemetry(TM),Telecommand(TC) and Advanced Orbiting System(AOS) standard.CCSDS space data system ar-chitecture and Space Communication Protocol Specification(SCPS) are analyzed in detail. Then an improved CCSDS transportation protocol scheme is proposed, including frame length and queue length optimization.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can improve space data system throughput greatly, and can improve stability and end-to-end delay.
