Study of Evaluation System for College Counselor Team Construction

It is significant to study and establish a scientific and complete evaluation system for college counselor team construction.This paper introduces the subject and object of the evaluation system for college counselor team construction,describes the basic principles in establishing the evaluation system and proposes the evaluation criteria,models and methods,in order to promote the healthy development of the construction of college counselor team.
