On the Hydraulic Engineering File Management

This article discusses the present situation and the existing problems of the hydraulic engineering records management of Zhoushan city.Based on the island reality,it proposes the countermeasures to consolidate the file management: to perfect the management system,raise the management consciousness,and apply the modernized methods.
