According to the function of P3 software made simply introduction,taking specific project for example,this paper elaborated the application practice of P3 software in project management,including the establishment of engineering group,the establishment project organizational breakdown structure,the implementation of responsibilities division,established the implementation and adjustment and other contents of objective plan and scheduled plan,concluded that the application practice of P3 software.
