Technical journal editors are facing opportunities and challenges in the internet era.From social responsibilities,capability for editor work and self development,the practical significance of selective study is presented.The solution for realizing it is proposed through self learning,self development,professional training,academic communications and scientific research.In the new era of internet revolution,innovation,and development,the only way to contribute to our social and scientific developments is through continued lifetime learning.
