A Primary Exploration of Scholarly Information Service System Based on Open Access

The initiation of open access movement has resulted in the establishment of open access scholarly information service system.The open access scholarly information service system is composed of open access resources providers,integrated value-added service providers and libraries.This article gives a detailed analysis of the three parts;the characteristics of the system were also discussed.
