The Techniques Study on Human Error Factor Tree Construction

Human error factors are identified by using multi[CD*2]view human error factor identification method and a detailed factor identification form is set up;divided the behavior of people into 5 periods of stage,namely state monitoring,state analysing,goal analysing,scheme confirmation and behavior performing,respectively conducting analyses on the possible causes and modes of human error at each stage;taking organization′ view as an example and according to human error factor identification and the analysed results of human error causes and modes,the construction course of the factor tree is explained and one complete human error factor tree has been obtained.
