Handling fuzzy characteristics in statistic adjudging and decision-making by interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets had been proposed in this paper.Firstly, the conception of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy events probability had been given;secondly, the conception of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy t-norm,s-norm had been proposed, the characteristics of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy events probability had been detailed testified and the theorems of multiplication, absolute probability and Bayes had been described and proofed;thirdly, based on the characteristics of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy events probability and different types of information source, the techniques of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy statistic adjudging and decision-making had been particularly analyzed;finally, the application of the algorithms had been testified.
