Automatic Recognition of the Engineering Drawing

It is difficult for computer to recognize the manual engineering drawing. The image file from scanned drawing can not be redesigned by CAD/CAM system. The paper puts forward an algorithm to vectorize the engineering drawing by dividing picture into several parts. With this method the image data can be automatically converted into graphics.
