With the high-speed development of network technology and the popularity of smart phones, mobile has become an indispensable element in modern life. Through comparing the intention and satisfaction of mobile customers between China and South Korea and its influencing factors, also through proving the relationship between various factors and the intention and satisfaction, the paper from the angle of customers made a statement to the differences of mobile service between the two countries, and the development prospect of the future mobile services, so as to provide a reference for the improvement of Chinese mobile service.
