Analysis on Obstacles and Solutions of Government Information Resources Based on Static Game

The article builds three basic game models for the government information resources sharing in terms of static games at first,hence comes the result of dilemmas and obstacles in the sharing.Then the author draw some solutions for the sharing obstacles by repeated game.
