HU Kong-f · Microcomputer Information · 2009
With the rapid development of Web technology and the occurrence of disparity for data resources, the range of information sharing and data exchanging is constantly expanding. The heterogeneity of databases and operating systems on which they depend severely limit the information sharing and data exchanging. ADO.NET provides rich objects to efficiently access all kinds of data sources. XML serves as common data model among heterogeneous data sources. This article focuses on ADO.NET data model to propose two methods for implementing data exchange by using bulk copy class and xml data model respectively. Last, the feasibility of data exchanging based on ADO.NET and XML is demonstrated by experimental verification.
