Automation models for analyzing the resource status of telecom networks based on large scale data

Nowadays,the structure of telecom networks becomes complicated,and accordingly the cost on network operation and maintenance grows.In this rapidly changing and so highly competitive environment,to improve network quality and premium customer service and in the meantime to monitor the cost on network operation and maintenance,telecom companies need to enhance the automation and intellectualization of relevant work.Based on the large-scale data generated from customer’s usage of data business,we build automation models for analyzing the resource status of different businesses and make it possible to provide more objective support reflecting users’ perception to decision-making on network operation and optimization in real-time.
