The Complete Logic Set of Ternary Logic Gates Based on Multiple βTransistors

Based on the working characteristics of multiple β transistor and binary multiple β inverter,this paper proposes the design of ternary multiple β inverter,thus to form a complete logic set of ternary logic gates based on the multiple β transistor. The PSPICE simulation proves that the ternary multiple β inverter has correct logic functions.
