Principle and Application of Data Exchange Between Reservoir Dispatching Automation System and Monitoring System in Three Gorges Project

A scheme of data exchange among the reservoir dispatching automation system, the monitoring system and the decision support system (DSS) in the Three Gorges Project is proposed in terms of engineering experiences. The scheme successfully realizes exchanges of data of generator units, water regime and gates between the reservoir dispatching automation system and the monitoring system . It also succeeds in realizing the exchange of dynamoelectrlc plan data among the reservoir dispatching automation system, the monitoring system and the DSS. Experimental results show that the scheme is effective and robust and can be easily implemented.
