In order to improve the efficiency of open computer lab,standardize of operational process and reduce the burden on staff,this paper proposed ideas and methods to reduce the intensity of the work focused on management and transparency.As a tool to establish a computer lab management system modernization,and achieve the computer lab management procedures,standardization,efficiency.
