Feasibility Analysis on Introducing CL-415 Large-size Aircrafts for Extinguishing Fire in Forest Area of Yunnan

CL-415 amphibious aircraft is a special design for extinguishing forest fire with super fire extinguishment nature.Owning to Yunnan's complicated topographic characteristics and special geographic location,it leads to difficulties in fire precaution and putting out.Thus it is necessary for introducing large-size aircrafts to improve the fire prevention ability by aviation.The paper elaborates the feasibility on introducing CL-415 large-size aircrafts for extinguishing fire in forest area of Yunnan from the aspects in natural capacity of aircraft,technique condition and water source and etc.
