Algorithm for demodulation of MPSK signals based on cyclostationary

A new algorithm is proposed for demodulation of MPSK signals.This method analyzes the cyclostationary of pretreated signals.In order to realize quadrature demodulation,the 4th-order cyclic cumulant is used to estimate carrier frequency and phase deviation.Because cyclic higher-order statistics can depress stationary noise,higher estimated accuracy can be obtained.Wavelet transform is used to estimate code rate.Through judgement sampling,blind demodulation is realized.This method doesn’t require prior information of received MPSK signals.Theoretical analysis and practical signal processing justify the efficiency of the new demodulation algorithm.
