Analysis and Comparison of Moisture Content in Electronic Components

The current situation of the analysis and comparison of moisture content in electronic components at home and abroad was described. To properly evaluate the quality level of a component,the detailed schemes of the analysis and comparison of moisture content in electronic components,including the design of the analysis and comparison scheme,the processing of the analysis and comparison scheme,etc.,were given in the paper. The results of the experiment on analysis and comparison scheme showed that the scheme of the analysis and comparison of moisture content in electronic components was feasible.
