Study on the Influence Factors of Cup-type Lead Wall Breakdown

Aimed at the breakdown phenomenon of cup-type lead wall,the influence factors were investigated.The contrast test showed the main influence factors were uneven thickness of wall and powder piled on local tube,and the improved measurement was proposed.The verification test showed that the reliability of cup-type lead was raised,the breakdown rate was reduced from 3.9% to 0.9%.
