A file management mode based on self-defining template in Word

Based on analyzing the problem existed between file producing and administrative method,and the contradiction between the management need for a large number of files in enterprise and finite templates in administrative system,a mode of file producing and management method based on self-defining template is proposed.The design of the storage structure for the template,self-defining template and management of template are described firstly.Then the method of producing the file based on the template and the storage structure for the file are introduced.Finally,the dynamic classified management for the files is implemented using the dynamic classification technology.This file management method has been applied in the management for the case file in lawyer's office.It is convenient for the case file management and can improve the flexibility and efficiency of the file management system.The results are satisfied.
