Application of ANN in Fault Diagnosis for Mixed Analog/Digital Circuit

According to an example of module circuit in some missile ATE, a method of fault diagnosis for mixed analog/digital circuit was analyzed. In this method, the fault pattern and training samples were acquired by Pspice simulation, a diagnosis model based on BP neural network was made and achieved by matlab simulation. The application tested the rapidity and precision of this method.
