Evaluation of weapon initiation based on entropy weight method and super efficiency DEA model

In order to solve the problem that the decision making unit( DMU) couldn't be ranked because of the non-uniqueness of cross efficiency,and the weights of all DMUs were equal when cross efficiency was synthesized,this paper introduced super efficiency DEA model to establish cross efficiency matrix,and calculated the weights of all DMUs by the information entropy that was external. Then it calculated the synthesized cross efficiency. And all DMUs could be effectively ranked. Through the comparison of numerical analysis,the method is feasible. At last,the weapon initiation evaluation applied this method,results show that the method can solve the evaluation and selection problems about weapon project.
