Design of codebook based on the half-wave speech coding

Speech encoding is one of the key techniques in speech processing,and it includes waveform encoding,parameter encoding and hybrid encoding. Based on the speech research,a new waveform speech encoding approach half wave speech encoding is presented. The method of generating the initial voice codebook is explicated. In addition,the unvoiced codebook and silences codebook are analogized.
