Pressure-Responsibility of Melt-Spinning Polyurethane Based Hollow Fiber Membranes

The hollow fiber membranes were prepared by melt-spinning.The microstructure and properties of membrane were studied.The effect factors of the pressure-responsibility of hollow fiber membrane were also analyzed.The experimental results show that the hollow fiber membranes possess interfacial and non-interfacial micro-void.With the change of working conditions,the structure of micro-void changes accordingly,the membranes exhibit pressure-responsibility.And extending the working time,the pressure-responsibility of membranes tends to stably.
