Dynamic Monitoring Model for Dam Safety Based on Recursive Regression

Traditional static monitoring model is established on the basis of all monitored data, so it can't reflect the affect of new monitoring data, and brings a lot of repeated work with the incoming.To overcome the above mentioned shortcomings, the dynamic monitoring model for dam safety, based upon the method of recursive regression is set up. The analysis of an example shows that better results of forecasting and monitoring are obtained from the dynamic monitoring model.
