Application of barcode technology in motorcycle assembling workplace

On the basis of introducing barcode technology and real fact of enterprise,one-dimensional barcode was selected as the foundation of barcode system.Based on analyzing the business process of the assembling product-line,hardware and software structures of motorcycle barcode system was designed.After it was finished,productivity effect of the motorcycle assembling product-line was raised.Integrated with ERP system,data share was realized,it improved the executable ability of producing plan and product pass rate.
