A Publicly Verifiable Secret Sharing Scheme

In the paper, a publicly verifiable protocol based on intractable problems of elliptic curves' discrete log is proposed.It discusses a new publicly verifiable secret sharing scheme.The scheme has the property that everybody, not only the participants, can verify that the shares are correctly distributed.It can protect against the cheating action.The scheme may be applicable in practical network communication.
