Design of an integrated moisture test system

In order to overcome the human error during changing probes when testing the moisture of plane structure in different depths,the design of structure and size of the integrated capacitive sensor is optimized to detect different depth moisture.Relays are used to control the combination of the electrodes.In order to avoid the effect by the contact states and the deformation on precision,load sensor is integrated on the equipment,to monitor the load which act as starting signal of data-gathering.Calculating method is provided to calculate the moisture tomography,and the utility of the system is proved by a sieries of experiment data.
