Design and research of academic journal manuscript management system based on.NET

In order to improve the work efficiency of the editorial department and to reduce the working pressure of the editing,this paper proposes a design for the academic journal management system based on the.NET platform according to the detailed survey for current academic journal management business.This paper also does the requirement analysis on system and introduces the structure of the system,function module design,database design and implementation of key technology.
