Application of management information system in project cost management

This article analyzes of the project cost management difficulties,proposes the significance of applying management information system in project management,introduces the project cost control procedure,systematical structure and implementation strategies with project cost management software,so as to achieve the goal of reducing cost,improving efficiency,and increasing benefits.
