Analysis of Solutions of Low Level Archives in the Trends of the Construction of Informationized Archives

Construction of information archives enhances the change from tradition to modern times. Low level archives should adopt an active strategy to carry out the following work, such as establishment of archives consciousness and archives regulations and implementation of staff training, input of soft-and-hard wares, insurance of the information security and transition, thus to satisfy the adaptation to the demands of the modern society′s realization of the construction of the electronic, integration and network archives.
