The polymer injecting unit is a key equipment of polymer mixing and injecting station in the oil field. The reliability of its control system affects directly to the normal production and running of polymer injecting station and effect of polymer injecting. Several resolving measures and implementing ways of improving reliability, stability and security of polymer injecting unit control system are discussed in particular from hardware circuit, periphery parts, and software program aspects. It has extendable and utility value to PLC control system.
